Room hire

We have three rooms for hire at the Community Hub, as well as access to outdoor spaces adjacent to the hub, and two disused bowling greens with and area of hard standing. 

Our room hire rates are:

  • £5 per hour for community and grassroots groups
  • £10 per hour for charities
  • £20 per hour for commercial organisations.

All our meeting rooms offer direct access to the park. There is an accessible door and electric ramp for wheelchair users, as well as a portable ramp.

Meeting Room South has a capacity of up to 60 people theatre-style. It contains a conference table seating 8 and a kitchenette. Various folding tables and chairs are available, as well as a projector and screen. 
Meeting Room North has a capacity of up to 20 with a kitchenette and a range of folding tables and chairs. Storage lockers can be made available for regular users.
Meeting Room East is a smaller room which seats 6 at a round table plus two desks for a capacity of 8-10.
