We are delighted to announce the launch of our first Food Charter following a number of stakeholder and community consultations held in 2024. Since our inception in 2022, the food ecosystem in Adur & Worthing has continued to evolve, with a number of new community food initiatives and projects, the continued development of the Emergency Food Network, the launch of new food markets and growing collaboration between a range of community groups and organisations which are all committed to delivering positive change in our community.
Our Food Charter sets out our six key themes and main priorities and sets out our vision for the future. We encourage everyone who is interested in a fairer and more sustainable food future in Adur & Worthing to join the Food Partnership and help us shape the next decade of food production, supply and support.
