Adur & Worthing Food Partnership becomes part of Sustainable Food Places

AWFP is proud to announce that it has been awarded membership of Sustainable Food Places, a network of pioneering food partnerships from towns, cities, boroughs, districts and counties across the UK that are driving innovation and best practice on all aspects of healthy and sustainable food. Sustainable Food Places is a partnership programme led by the Soil Association, Food Matters, Sustain: the alliance for better food and farming, Food Sense Wales, and Nourish Scotland. It is funded by the Esmée Fairbairn Foundation.

As part of the Sustainable Food Places network, AWFP will benefit from being at the heart of a rapidly growing movement, with privileged access to the expertise of our peers across the UK. Network members also benefit from the support of the Sustainable Food Places team and full access to its online toolkits and resources. We will also be given the opportunity to take part in Sustainable Places campaigns such as Food for the Planet and Sugar Smart.
